Paint ‘N’ Mediate provides a non judgemental safe space for for people to practice non traditional yoga. Join us for an evening of mediation and painting as a pathway towards releasing and healing on the mat and their canvas using a variety of colors, shapes, etc. This event will be led by, Certified Yoga Instructor @yogawithdianne hosted by Dani from @conveaux and Shenea from @HerCollectively.
